We need to make sure we don't overbook the room as it will only seat about 40 people. Seats will be allocated as follows:
Residents of the Hayes flats will be invited.
Cast/artists will be each able to invite up to 3 people.
Following this, if there are still seats available, then they will be up for grabs for anyone who wants to invite more than 3.

As the keen mathematicians amongst you will have noted, if everyone brings 3 people and the residents all turn up, we will be overbooked. However there are always people who don't turn up, I know some cast members only want to bring one or two people, and younger audience members may be able to sit on cushions if there are too many for the seats...
